After many years living with my friend I am on the lookout for a new flatmate to join me in my flat in Colliers Wood! The room is a spacious double room, fully furnished, and has its own Bathroom! It’s a minutes walk to the Tube station and has great access to parks and outdoor spaces, as well as all the great shops, restaurants and coffee bars that CW has to offer (I’ve tried them all and can verify they are great!)

The flat is only 5 years old so the kitchen and living space are all super modern, and kept very clean and tidy!

Rent would be £1000 a month, inclusive of all bills

You’d be living me (lucky!) and I have a job in HR which keeps me very busy, working at home and in the office a few times a week so I’m in and out, and then in evenings happy to be socialising or equally having a chilled evening! I also have a 1 year old dog, Len, who is a total babe, but anyone looking to move in would need to be happy with living with a dog, although he’s incredibly well tempered!
