My last housemate will be moving out soon so we have a spare room available starting later this month/start of August :)
The room available is on the first floor, facing towards the front of the house. It's a very warm house so very cosy in the winter, and although a terrace house, we never really hear the neighbours much. Also, while the room faces the road it is generally quite quiet!
The house is an easy 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern line) which is about 10 minutes from Clapham and 20 minutes into Central London, 15 minutes to Haydons Road for the train, and a 20 minute walk into Wimbledon.
Ideally looking for someone who is relatively tidy and clean, and likes spending time socialising as well as having time alone sometimes.
All bills are included in the price.
