We currently have a double bedroom available in our house from the 28th of February.

We're looking for a professional in their 30s. It is a house of four - one of us is moving out to move back to Italy, so the remaining three of us are looking for someone to replace him.

The current tenancy agreement lasts until the end of August, and so the letting agent is happy for us to find a new tenant to sign a renewed agreement until then, with the option of signing a new one for a full year after that.

About the house:

- We've got 4 bedrooms – and the room available is on the first floor
- The house is fully furnished, however the bedroom will have space to add a few items
- We have an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room that looks out onto the garden (great for morning coffees!)
- We're round the corner (1 min walk) from Colliers Wood tube station which has the Northern Line / buses in all directions
- We've got an Aldi, Sainsbury's and M&S round the corner
- Landlord is really quick at sorting any problems with the house

Rent: £724
Bills: currently £100ish a month (council tax, internet, gas, electric)

The three of us staying are all busy professionals and will either be working in town most days or at home. We are all very friendly and respectful, and enjoy a variety of hobbies.

We're looking for:

- A professional in their 30s
- Gainfully employed (estate agent requirement) – sadly no students
- Someone who will respect the house and each others privacy as well as being sociable and comfortable in a shared house environment.

Partners are welcome to stay over, just not as permanent residents.

LGBTQ+-friendly household is a must.
