I'm Jacob, 32, professional musician and I've been living here with my good mates who are sadly moving on.
The house is in a fairly quiet street near Collier's Wood Station and has loads of supermarkets and shops nearby. You don't just get Aldi, you get Lidl too and even an M&S if you're feeling boujee.
There are two spacious double rooms available and nice little garden space. The Morden Hall park nearby a is stunner for walks.
Because I've been living here with my friends I'm looking for people who are invested in a warm community vibe and who want to socailise.
I'm friendly and easy-going and respect the space without being uptight, and looking for similar.
Please note - because for insurance purposes we need to prove a combined income of 80k, you may need a UK guarantor with a salary of around 30k.
