Looking for a new housemate in Colliers Wood

We have a very large double room available from next month. The house itself has a decent size living room and dining room. The house also has two bathrooms, both with showers.

We have a huge garden space, which is perfect for summer barbecues. which also has a pool table, darts, and a garden bar.
While we're not neccasarily a party house, we do all enjoy a beer, Its definitely a social household

The room itself is the largest in the house, And although the house is unfurnished, the previous housemate is leaving most of the furnishings for the next tennant, So will you will inherate them, rather than them belonging to the landlord.

You'll be living with three guys in their mid 20s/ early 30s: two chefs and a civil servant.

Close walk to both Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood tube station, and Tooting train station
