One room available in 2 person share 💖

I have lived in this lovely South West London flat for 3 years and sadly my housemate will be leaving to move back with family. So I am looking for one other person to join the flat 🏠 the earliest possible move-in would be 1st June but there is flexibility for later.

I am 30, Irish, and work in the publishing industry.

Ideally I’d like to share with another girl but am open to all! Cosy is definitely the flat-vibe and treating the place like a home is really important. There is definitely space for you to put things in the communal spaces and make the place your own!

I’m looking for a social person who will be keen to be friends as well as flatmates. Always keen on a movie night and a natter, but equally know solo time is important! But fair warning, I may try and rope you into the pub quiz team!

There will be time where you have the flat to yourself as I sometimes travel for work or spend the weekend with my partner 😊I usually work from home 3 days a week.

Rent is £850 pcm, with bills (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax) coming in at around £200 💵

Colliers Wood is a great area. It is on the Northern line and we are also very close to Tooting train station for the Thameslink 🚂 Great supermarkets including big Sainos and an M&S 🛒 Nice places to eat, good pubs, and walking distance to Tooting where there is even more!

Living Room: fully furnished with sofa, storage space, table, chairs, as well as some of my own furniture. I have beautiful bookshelves which you are welcome to borrow from! 📚

Bedroom: contractually the room is unfurnished but my housemate is happy to leave her bed, mattress, and chest of drawers free of charge! There is a large built-in wardrobe. 🛌

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave 🍳

Bathroom: Has bath and shower 🚿

We are on the top floor (of two) and the downstairs neighbours are lovely. Our landlord is genuinely sound. He often upgrades the furniture and really cares about the property. It is where he brought up his children so it has an important place in his heart! ❤️
