Double room available in a bright and spacious 3 bedroom house , with loads of storage space.

£820 + bills

Available for a short 3-6months let in the winter months until 29th March 2026. Move in date is flexible, reference checks will be required.

The House:
Located in Sw191bh, 2minutes walk (0.1mile) from the big Sainsbury’s, 7mins walk (0.3miles) to Colliers Wood Station (Northern Line) and a few gyms within a 5-8mins walking distance.

The Housemates:
You’ll be living with Jorge, Juan, and Mara(the house dog), although Juan will be leaving at the beginning of October. We are friendly, easy going, love to socialize, exercise and go out for dinner or a drink but also enjoy a quiet night in and respect each other’s down time. In the summer we like hosting a bbq or 2 and go on walks with Mara around the park.
Jorge works for the civil service, out of the house most days with the occasional WFH.
I (Jennifer) am a musician, normally traveling a little around the UK performing at events or concerts, with some days at home too. I will be travelling during the winter, and therefore the room will be available until 29th March 2026.
