The room is located on the first floor, has built in storage and a private balcony.
The main bathroom is on the second floor and shared with one other person. There's also a 3rd toilet under the stairs on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen.
To note, the house is unfurnished - though well equipped by the current flatmates, you will need a bed.

The tenancy will have two months left on it (expires 31st January), but will be renewed by the current flatmates. This would work as a permanent move or a two month no-obligation tenancy.
Equally happy to discuss an earlier move in date!
The two remaining housemates are very friendly chaps and excellent chefs - both are working professionals in engineering with interests ranging from cycling and F1 to skiing.
Casual gatherings and trips to the pub are never turned down. Most nights you'll catch someone in the living room binging a series or cooking something interesting in the kitchen.
It’s ideally located for walks into Wimbledon or Tooting, with plenty of green space and quality pubs in every direction.
