We’re looking for a friendly fourth flatmate to join our lovely home in Colliers Wood!

Start date: 5th December
Rent: £800 per month
Bills: £140 (ish) per month
Deposit: £750 (approx - tbc with estate agent)

About the flat🏡
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube station, as well as being close to Tooting and Wimbledon!

There’s a large communal living and dining area where we spend a lot of our time. There’s also a huge kitchen area and a shared garden space.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

About the room🛏️
You’ll be taking over Dan’s room - which is a bright double with ample space to fit a desk and wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished, but Dan will be selling some furniture (including bed/ mattress) so you can buy from him directly if you’d like!

About the flatmates:
Summer is 28, northern and works for a literacy charity. She likes cozy nights in (usually watching Gilmore Girls and crocheting) and fantasy books.

Finn is a 29 year old Australian artistic type - so naturally spends most of his not doing that. But he keeps busy juggling his jobs in education, hospitality and performing. And somehow he still manages to leave plenty of time for a vibrant social and the odd holiday.

Annie is a 28 year old author working part time retail, loves cups of tea and spooky movies and always enjoys a chat in the kitchen.

We all live our own lives but value and encourage a household community. We try to keep the place clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy. It goes without saying, but we are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
