Colliers Wood - 8-Month Tenancy Take Over

Hi! I am moving out of my flat in Colliers Wood, SW14 and looking for someone to take over my tenancy, ending in July, with possibility to extend.

Move-in date is from the end of November onwards, although can be flexible if needed earlier / later.

Room:

-Decent size double room with your own bathroom

Location

- Located 7-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern Line)

- Retail park (5-minute walk) which includes an Aldi, Dunelm, Sainsbury’s, M&S, the Gym Group etc

-Lots of pubs, restaurants and parks also close by

The flat:

-You will be sharing with 2 other female flatmates (age 25 & 27) who also have their own bathrooms.

-One flatmate works with dogs so they are at the flat a lot, so you would need to be comfortable with this.

-Both girls are lovely and always up for cute brunch dates or nights out.

Costs:

-Rent is £930 per month + bills (£155)
