Your room comes with a double bed, desk, built in double wardrobe & two bed side tables (although this is flexible if you have your own furniture)

I have a gorgeous cat called Sheba, she is 1 years old and very cute. So you would need to be a cat lover!

Shared space would be the open plan kitchen/living room with big smart TV & Netflix, Prime etc.

Only 1 min walk to Colliers Wood Underground station for Northern line 🚝 only 25 mins to London Bridge.

The area has literally everything you need within a 5-10 min walk: big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, The Gym Group, Boots, Post Office, Pharmacy.

Rent is £1025 (excluding bills, council tax & broadband which are around an extra £190 each) couples are welcome but bills would be split 3 ways then.
Deposit is £1068 (protected by TDS).
Council tax band D.
You would need employment references and credit checks would be done by the agency.

Move in once reference & credit checks completed ideally as close to 1st March as possible for a move in date.

About me: Hey I’m Becci 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m 34 and work full time as a Mental Health Nurse. Like to think of myself as laid back, chilled and easy to get on with. I vape and do so in the flat but sadly can’t have any smokers unless you go downstairs outside to smoke! I enjoy keeping the flat nice and clean. I work 12 hour shifts, a mixture of day shifts and nights.
