The flat is lovely and modern with plenty of natural light ✨
I have a gorgeous cat called Sheba, she is 1 years old and very cute. So you would need to be a cat lover! Ideally you work from home or hybrid because I work 12 hour shifts at St George’s Hospital and I don’t like leaving Sheba for too long 🐈‍⬛
Shared space would be the living room with big smart TV & Netflix, Prime etc.

Only 1 min walk to Colliers Wood tube station for Northern line 🚝
The area has literally everything you need within a 5-10 min walk: big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, The Gym Group, Boots, Post Office, Pharmacy.

Rent is £1050 (excluding bills, council tax & broadband which are around an extra £190 each)
Deposit is £1068 (protected by TDS).
Council tax band D.
You would need employment references and credit checks would be done by the agency.

Move in ASAP once reference & credit checks completed.
