We’re offering a bright, spacious private loft floor in our home, ideal for a professional couple looking for comfort, privacy, and a well-kept place to live.

The entire loft level is yours and includes a generous double bedroom furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and additional eaves storage. The space gets plenty of natural light from a Juliet balcony and two front-facing roof lights, and has radiator heating so it’s comfortable all year round.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom with a combined bath and shower, large sink, mirror cabinet, WC, electric underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail.

A bit about us

We’re a married professional couple in our early thirties. We mainly work from our home office on the middle floor, with occasional days in London. Outside of work we enjoy cooking, watching TV, reading, and playing video and board games.

We like a calm, respectful household and take real pride in keeping the house in great condition (with help from our cleaner). We’re looking for like-minded professionals who will enjoy the space and treat it as their home.

Agreement

This will be under a simple lodger’s agreement (not a tenancy).
