Room is unfurnished, but our flatmate may be open to leaving his furniture for a price (tbc). Flat is split across 2 floors with open plan living room / kitchen with balcony, spacious bathroom shared with one other person, & ample storage space. The building also has a concierge & FREE gym.
Rent is £950 + bills approx £150 a month. Deposit is a month’s rent. Tenancy starts Feb 15, but can be pretty flexible on move in date. 12 month contract (with break clause) & opportunity to extend.
