Flat is truly amazing, super cosy and nice. The area is amazing too, close to Merton Abbey Mills and so many parks!
You'd be sharing with me, lovely and friendly 45 year old professional passionate about fitness. Design, salsa, travels. I am away most of the time until April so you'll have the flat to yourself.
The room advertised is a large bedroom with a queen size bed, armchair, shelves, large dressing, facing the garden, in a quiet part of the house.
Additionally, the flat has the following shared areas:
- a small bathroom with shower over bathtub, windows, storage
- an open plan kitchen with a small reception area which is opening into a lovely garden with flowers, hammock and built in BBQ, low maintenance too!
- washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV with Netflix and Freeview, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer
The flat has been designed to a pretty high standard and I am looking for someone who will take good care of it, and of garden too!
Rent is £1000 bills inclusive except for electricity and gas. One month deposit.
