Hi! I’m sadly relocating for work and looking for a clean, reliable female flatmate to take over my amazing setup in Colliers Wood. You are essentially getting two rooms for the price of one, plus you’ll practically have the whole flat to yourself during the week!
The Space (What you get):
Your Bedroom: A massive double room with your own private en-suite bathroom and huge amounts of storage. The bed frame and mattress were bought brand new in August 2025.
Your Private Study: You also get a completely separate, dedicated study room. If you work from home or are studying, this is an absolute dream setup that is incredibly rare in London for this price.
The Flat & Your Flatmate:
It’s a modern, quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, new water filter) and a shared living room.
You will only be sharing the flat with one other person—my good friend. She is a lovely, easygoing professional who works away from home Monday to Friday. This means you will basically have the entire flat to yourself during the week! We usually just catch up in the kitchen on weekends. Because of this dynamic, we are looking for female professionals or mature students.
The Location:
Transport: 5-minute walk to Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) for a super fast, direct commute into Central London.
Amenities: 7-minute walk to the major retail park (massive Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Primark). Everything you need is on your doorstep.
The Logistics (The boring but important stuff!):
Rent: £975 per month.
Bills: Not included (comes to roughly £100 per month).
Deposit: £450. (Note: This goes directly to the landlord and will be held in an official deposit protection scheme).
Dates & Contract: Available from mid-March. You will be signing an official AST contract directly with the landlord to take over my lease until August 15th, 2026. After that, the landlord is fully happy for you to renew permanently for a 12-month contract.
