Private Upstairs Ensuite - 5mins to Northern Line

I’m relocating to Australia.
I’ve enjoyed living here with Wimbledon around the corner, great cafes, parks and a big Sainsbury’s and M&S both a 5-minute walk away, it’s a tough one to leave.

The Room
You'll have upstairs to yourself, a furnished double bedroom and your own separate bathroom, while the kitchen, living room and the other two bedrooms are all downstairs.

Transport (this is the good bit)
Colliers Wood station is a 4–5 minute walk to Northern Line in no time. You'll actually get a seat even during rush hours and Wimbledon (District Line / Overground) is about a 15-minute walk or short bus ride. Lime bikes are usually stacked up across the road too.

The House
A spacious three-bed house with a separate living room, a decent-sized kitchen, and a with patio for when London decides to give us some sun.

Your Housemates
You'd be living with one male and one female - both working professionals, both friendly and easy-going. We keep the place tidy, respect each other's space, and get on well without living in each other's pockets.

Bills
£80 - £120 per person for council, water, gas, electricity and WiFi.

What We're Looking For
Someone who's respectful, clean, and gets the balance and valuing your own space.
