Double room close to Northern Line

Hi!

My housemate is moving out so there is a spare room available starting later this month :)

The room available is on the first floor, facing towards the back of the house. It's a very warm house so very cosy in the winter, and although a terrace house, we never really hear the neighbours much.

The house is an easy 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern line) which is about 10 minutes from Clapham and 20 minutes into Central London, 15 minutes to Haydons Road for the train, and a 20 minute walk into Wimbledon.

Ideally looking for someone who is relatively tidy and clean, and likes spending time socialising as well as having time alone sometimes
