Two rooms available 5th September in Colliers Wood

Hi everyone! We have two lovely rooms going in our 4 bedroom maisonette in Colliers Wood, South West London.

You would be living with myself & Nadia. Nadia is a jobbing actor and I work full time in a museum in South Kensington.

Ideally we are looking for people who are nice and happy to socialise but also value their own space from time to time. Unfortunately no students due to council tax.

Room 1: Mostly unfurnished room but there is a three door cupboard on the ground, a small mirrored door wardrobe and a built in small bookcase. Lovely large, spacious room with balcony doors onto a Juliet balcony
Rent: £700 p/m

Room 2: So much storage available with large cupboards!! Access to more storage in the eaves and can come with a double bed. Smaller room but a good size and comfortably fits a double bed and a desk if you want it!
Rent: £650 p/m

The house has an open plan kitchen / living area, lots of kitchen storage and a wonderful little garden. We also have 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath.

We are situated ideally a 10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube station, and 15 from Tooting Broadway (both Northern line). We’re also near Wimbledon if you need district line, National Rail or trams. Our area is extremely safe and lovely but has the benefit of being very close to a good night out, and just a short walk from 2 retail parks with many shops, big supermarkets and a gym.

The rooms are available to move in on Saturday 5th September!
Rent is £700 for room 1 & £650 for room 2, plus bills which are never more than £100 each. Council tax band C
