Bright, furnished double loft bedroom in 3 bedroom split-level flat with balcony and garden, 3 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube (Northern line, or buses to Wimbledon and Clapham Junction are 1 min walk away).

Conveniently located, within 5 minutes walk there's a big Sainsbury's and M&S, a retail park with a variety of shops as well as a great local coffee shop and a growing number of good pubs and restaurants (mostly between Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway). The street is pretty quiet and very friendly.

The flat is spacious and bright, with double glazing, dark wooden floors and has all the amenities you'd expect (eg fast internet, dishwasher etc. ). There's a large lounge and dining room and a spacious kitchen.

I’ve been living in the flat with flatmates for the last 12 years, but have mainly moved in with my girl-friend in Kent. Whilst I still keep my room, I’ll be in the flat only about 2 or 3 nights a month. I’m a German national (20+ yrs in the UK), love travelling, languages, the outdoors, cycling, open water swimming, running, cooking).

You'd be sharing with one other person. I’m currently doing some work to the respective room and will look out for a suitable person from end of September/early October. You will have a say in the selection of the flatmate, as it’s important to me that you get on with her/him!
You’ll be sharing the middle floor bathroom with this other person, I have my own ensuite bathroom in the loft.

The monthly rent includes all bills (the use/consumption of gas/electricity is also covered, provided it is in line with or maximum +50% compared to the consumption of previous flatmates in the last 12 months - trust this is fair, happy to chat this through)
