In a very clean and newly decorated quiet house in Colliers Wood (near Wimbledon). NON SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

The house has 3 rooms in total. At the moment we live an Spanish couple and an English guy, it will be very rare to find us at the same time at home.
We are looking for someone around our age, nice, clean and quiet to occupy the single room.

The house has a little nice garden, big kitchen/living-room with a big sofa, tea table and shelves in the living room area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with gas cooker and oven, microwave, and all the amenities, with two fridges and a table with four chairs. This area comes with very nice wooden floors.

We have a big bathroom with big tub and washing machine with ceramic floors, new boiler and central heating system with warm hot water running at all times.

The house is very well located. Less than one minute walk to the Colliers Wood tube station and bus stops going to all directions, even direct night buses to the center.
Just above the local Cost Cutter shop, Post Office, Dry Cleaners and food shops. 1 minute walking to the local pub, restaurants and 24hrs Tesco and petrol station. 5 minutes walking to a very big Sainsbury's and M&S super market. 5 minutes walking to the Tandem Shopping Centre and Virgin Gym. There is also a new "The Gym" in the area and the COOP is just accross the road.
