The property is ideally located in a safe, relaxed and smart residential neighbourhood 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station (northern line). It has a large 25 ft roof terrace, bathroom, kitchen area - close to Wimbledon, Balham and Tooting. Occupants are social and easy going.

The room is available at £800 per month. This includes all bills except fuel (gas and electric) about £25 per month per person.
