Hello - just to tell a little bit about our home. I live with a young professional female. I'm the landlady and I'm very considerate and respectful of your space. Im keen that those who live in the house enjoy their time here.
The house is 7 minute walk to colliers wood tube station, 40 minutes door to door to bank station. There are many nice coffee shops nearby, a large gym with a swimming pool 5 minutes away. Large sainsburys, large park and shopping centre all within 5-10 minutes.
The room has a double bed, and plenty of storage space.
I am from south america and I speak Spanish. The other girl is from Italy. We are both very warm and keep the house clean.
During the week, I study and work part-time and on the weekends, we like to relax and I enjoy dancing salsa.
The tenant who left is my son, as he is moving abroad so this is why there is a room available.
We are looking for someone for 3-6 months with a potential to extent after that period.
