*A new bed frame and mattress will be purchased after the current tenant vacates.

The flat comprises:
-First floor: a double room available and 2 large ones, bathroom with toilet.
-Second floor: this small double room available and a Large en-suite room. Open plan fully fitted Kitchen/Living Area.
*There are 2 communal gardens of both sides of the building available only for the neighbours. (need fob key to access).

In the flat are friendly, clean and respectful young professionals from UK, Germany and Japan, and I'm looking for a like-minded mature student or young professional in her 20's or 30's. Must be respectful with others and keep communal spaces clean at all times, helping with the cleaning of the house

The flat is located exactly between 4 tube stations: Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Shadwell and Limehouse. All of them within 8-14 min walk.

It's a very friendly area and good for eating and shopping.
If you want to enjoy the night life, art, music and restaurants, the notorious streets of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Old Street are within walking distance.

Commercial Road Bus stop just across the road. Buses #25 & #255 only 1 min walk from the house running 24 hours taking you straight to central London.

There is a SuperStore Saintsbury, a Tesco Express and all kind of shops, minisupermarkets and Offlicences within walking distance.

All bills except Electric (around £10/15 per month) will be included in the rent.

Room is not available for couples, room sharers and people under 18 or over 40 years old.
