Hi guys! Update: One of these rooms is available. NOT both available. You can choose:

Room 1: Cosy room, single bed, furnished, on ground floor. It has access to a private area built in the garden. Recently painted, 6 months old pocket sprung mattress, small but bright room, well ventilated.

Rent: £650 per month, paid monthly from 1st to 3rd of the month.

Deposit: £650, sent to DPS under lodger's consent, following UK legislation. Negotiable.

Room 2: Double bedroom, furnished, well ventilated, bright, on top floor. Recently painted, 6 months old pocket sprung mattress.

Rent: £720 per month, paid monthly from 1st to 3rd of the month.

Deposit: £720, sent to DPS under lodger's consent, following UK legislation. Negotiable.

Both single use, no online viewing, sorry.

Earliest move-in will be prioritised, or the lodger holds the room starting to pay for the days if moving in later.

House:

2-floor townhouse. It has a good sized kitchen with table. One bathroom and two separate toilets.

WiFi Virgin 200Mb, TV License and all bills included.

The current landlords who rented the property are living in the house, with 2 more lodgers. 2 ladies and 3 guys, between 24 and 38 years old. All respectful and considerate. Not a party house. No smoking in common areas. Bringing guest is discouraged.

Area:

Quiet neighbourhood. Safe entrance. Private square with garden for animals. Cats, squirrels, foxes and birds around.

Close to Troxy venue. 5 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR station. 1 minute to Commercial Road and bus stops for 15, 115, 135, N15, N550. 1 minute to Sainsbury's Local. Post Office, Off License and shops right on the corner. 15 minutes to Tower Bridge.

Contract: 3 months initially, extendable if both parts agree.
