In the flat are friendly, clean and respectful young professionals in their 20's from UK & France, and I'm looking for a like-minded mature student or professional in their 20's or early 30's. Must be respectful with others and a clean and tidy person.
*FEMALES PREFERRED for the good balance of the house.

The flat is located exactly between 4 tube stations: Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Shadwell and Limehouse. All of them within 8-14min walk.

It's a very friendly area and good for eating and shopping.
If you want to enjoy the night life, art, music and restaurants, the notorious areas of Brick Lane and Shoreditch are within walking distance.

Commercial Road Bus stop just across the road. Buses #25 & #255 only seconds away from the house. Buses running 24hours taking you straight to central London.

There is a Large Grocery shop, Saintsbury, a Tesco Express and all kind of shops, mini supermarkets and Off licences within walking distance.

All bills except Electric (around £10/15 per person/month) will be included in the rent.
