A spacious double room is available in a 2 bed flat at commercial road, E1.
The flat is spacious and close to Shadewell and Limehouse DLR station. C2C and overground are also available within 8-9 mins of walk. There is a bus stop located at a distance of 3 mins which has easy links to central London.
You will be having your own private bathroom which is just outside the room. In order to maintain the flat, the current owners clean the house on a weekly basis, but are open to having a professional cleaner if it suits all occupants.
The house is equipped with a modular kitchen, has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a big balcony that comes with the house. The building comes with a concierge and is close to shops, cafes and parks providing everything within an easy reach.
Bills are not included in the rent and come up to about 200-250 a month and include council tax, electricity, wifi costs etc. These are not fixed and are subject to usage.
The neighborhood is peaceful and safe.
The room is available for single occupancy and for a working professional. The formal tenancy agreement will be executed by landlord's agent and will be subject to background checks.
The contract will be a rolling contract and may be subject to a 4-6 weeks notice from either parties.
You will be sharing the flat with a vegetarian female, who is kind and loves to hang out, meet up for a movie, hang out for a chit chat and is up for a drink once in a while.
