Spacious double room available in the heart of Shoreditch. Enough room for a desk with room to spare. The room is furnished, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other tenant.

The flat has really high walls - perfect for a projector! The living room is spacious, and is full of plants and art. The kitchen is well equipped, with a new fridge and oven. The apartment building has a rooftop where you can hang out, with epic views.

You'll be living in a great location. Just a few minutes from the Shoreditch High Street overground and 10 minutes from Liverpool Street station (a major train hub which can get you almost anywhere in London). We're a 5 minute walk from Spitifields. There are plenty of really good restaurants and bars around, plus a couple of green spaces.

You'll be sharing the flat with three others; one man (French, mid 30's) and a couple (a French man, mid 30's and British woman, late 20s). The flat has a nice homely feel to it, everyone gets along, are friendly and chill. We enjoy going out for a drink and doing stuff together, but equally are respectful of each others space when we'd prefer to chill by oneself.

Bills are approximately £100-130 per month (depending on the time of the year)
