2 Bedroom Flat In E1 Tenants Needed

Beautiful 2 bed ground floor flat. Need someone to come and take over my and Mrs tenancy for 1 year while we go to Middle East for a work project.
We would prefer a professional couple to take over if possible.

Excellent transport links it’s 4 min walk to Shadwell which is one stop to bank, 8 min walk to Whitechapel
Big Sainsbury’s down the road 5 min walk, easy access for weekly shop
Surrounded by delicious restaurants and takeaway Been there 1 year and still haven’t been able to try everything. Also about 5 min walk to Royal London Hospital which has come in handy after many concerts :)
And has been excellent for hosting as our friends and family visit us for days and weeks at a time and have had up to 11 people in the house at once which was great (bankrupted us ibr)

The landlord is brilliant and does regular checks on the safety on the building !!
