Double room in 3 bed flat for short stay - mid Jan

Hi! Our flatmate will move out begging of October and we're looking for someone to take his room by then.
We already have a tenant moving in beginning of 2026, therefore the room will be available for a short stay of few months, till mid January :) We are a bit flexible about this.

Location:
The flat is based in Whitechapel between Aldgate East tube station (8 minutes walk) , Whitechapel tube station (11 minutes walk) and Shadwell (9 mins walk)

The house:
A three bedroom flat with a shared common space living room and kitchen, one bathroom (one room is en-suite so you’ll share it with one person)

The room:
Double room which comes with a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The rent is £884 per month

The flatmates:
Paris, 33 yo case worker and writer and Apostolos 33 yo software engineer/ theatre maker

Expenses:
Roughly the monthly expenses including gas, electricity, internet and water are 140£ each (little less in summer)

We are a chilled household, we love spending time together in our nice living room, watching shows together or sports, going out for a beer, but also respect each others personal space. We want someone clean and tidy who shares the same vibes. :)
