Double Room in 4-Bed LGBT+ Flat near Whitechapel

A bright UNFURNISHED double room will be available in our 4-bedroom flat, available from 1st November. The room is on the third floor (marked in blue on the floor plan) and measures around 14’9” x 10’5”, big enough for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser.

The flat is spread over two floors on the top floor of the building (so no one above us!), with a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room, two bathrooms, and a large private terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or hosting friends.

About us:
You’d be sharing with three friendly gay guys in our late-20s to early 30s:
- Adam works in finance and enjoys the gym, cooking, and 🚂.
- Josh works for a gay bar and enjoys socialising, exploring London and interior design.
- Anatol works in HR and operations, enjoys cooking and travelling.

We’re sociable and get along well, often hanging out for drinks or meals, but also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone similar – clean, considerate, social and easy-going.

- Rent: £900 per month
- Bills: approx. £102 each per month

Please note: the agency will require standard referencing and proof of income and you will be on the lease, which expires end of October 2026 and we're planning to renew the contract..
