Like-new pocket-sprung mattress, bought from Amazon in March 2026, protected by 2 waterproof covers.

Good-sized kitchen with table.
1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
No living room.

Different schedules here. Rarely queue for shower or toilet, and that's easily managed in our WhatsApp group. Kitchen sharing is, of course, welcome and recommended.

Respectful, friendly, and considerate environment to help new lodgers settle in easily. Not a social/party house. Bringing guests is highly discouraged.

The current live-in landlords have been renting this property for over 4 years. 40 and 38 years old. Married for 18 years. Quiet and peacemakers. No kids. Keeping up with the property maintenance. Day-to-day, we're just other housemates.

Contract: 4 months initially, extending if both parties agree.
