Gold Studio Premium at iQ Aldgate

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Gold Studio Premium at iQ Aldgate.

The room is a private studio, so you get your own bedroom, private bathroom, and private kitchenette. It includes a small double bed, study area, wardrobe, underbed storage, hob, fridge, combination microwave, sink, shower, toilet, and mirror. The studio is around 15 to 16 sq m and is ideal for a student looking for privacy in central London.

The building is close to Aldgate East and Tower Hill, with easy transport links across London. Shops, cafés, universities, and central London areas are all easy to reach. iQ Aldgate also has shared social spaces and student facilities, so you still get the student accommodation atmosphere while having your own private space.

There are no housemates inside the studio as it is self-contained.

Tenancy runs until 29 August 2026. Current rent is £475 per week. I am moving back to India for work, so I’m looking for a replacement tenant as soon as possible. I may need around 1 to 2 weeks to pack and move out, but I’m happy to coordinate a smooth handover through iQ Aldgate’s official process.
