Like-new pocket-sprung mattress, bought from Amazon in March 2026, kept under 2 waterproof covers. Bed frame with space for storage underneath.

2-floor terraced house.
Good-sized kitchen with table.
1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
No living room.

Different schedules here. Rarely queue for shower or toilet, and that's easily managed in our WhatsApp group. Kitchen sharing is, of course, welcome and recommended.

Housemates:

Respectful, friendly, and considerate environment to help new lodgers settle in easily. Not a party house. Bringing guests is highly discouraged.

The current landlords, who have rented the property for over 4 years, also live in the house. 40 and 38 years old. Married for 18 years. Peacemakers. No kids. Keeping up with the property maintenance. Day-to-day, we're just other housemates.

Private square for residents. Safe entrance. Quiet neighbourhood. Central garden exclusive for animals. Cats, squirrels, foxes and birds around. It feels like it's outside London.

* Close to Troxy venue, E1 0HX.
* 5 minutes to Limehouse DLR / c2c station.
* 1 minute to Commercial Road and bus stops for 15, 115, 135, N15, N550.
* 2 minutes to local Sainsbury's, ASDA and Tesco.
* Post Office, off-licence and shops right on the corner.
* 10-15 minutes to Canary Wharf, Stratford, Tower Bridge and Bank by DLR.

Contract:

Direct contract. No agency fees.

Rent: £650 per month, paid in advance between the 1st and 5th of the month.

Deposit: £650, protected by a Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) agency, in accordance with UK legislation, with the lodger's consent.

WiFi, TV Licence and all bills INCLUDED.

Contract: 2 months initially, extending if both parties agree, with the same rent.

Important: The earliest move-in date will be prioritised, or the prospective lodger can hold the room by paying for the days if moving in later than 28/06.

Right to rent is required. Previous landlord and fund references will be discussed.
