Beautiful, modern, rooftop flat with balcony!

Hey there -

We have a fully furnished double bedroom in a beautiful and spacious 3br apartment available at the moment. The flat is very new and nicely furnished, and we hope to keep it that way with a tidy flatmate! There's also a huge living room and modern kitchen and dining area AND balcony, great for chilling with the flatmates or dinner parties with friends. We've also got a big screen TV and new sound system. A place like this would be at least 900/ month but it's been negotiated down with the landlord... Bargain!

You will be sharing with 2 single postgraduate students who love good food and drink, and good conversation. We value our personal space, and keep fairly busy schedules during the week, but are definitely down for having a drink and chat with the flatmates in the evenings and weekends. Maxine makes a mean Pisco Sour and Negroni, and sometimes cooks and bakes. Zul has an enviable knowledge of good wine and whisky, loves sports especially rugby.

The flat is right off Commercial Road on a quiet street. Just 5min walk from Limehouse, 2 stops and you're at Bank which gets you on the Northern and other lines. Buses right outside will take you to Liverpool Street or Old Street in 10min. Also a great location for those working in Canary Wharf! This means easy access to East and Central London, without having to deal with the chaos of living next to a tube station.

There's also a Sainsbury's right downstairs and shops along Commercial Road if you're not in the mood to leave the area.

p. s. final nitty gritty: We are renting through an agency, so there is a 150 agency fee and 50 reference fee, which is still really reasonable compared to what other agents ask for!
