As you might of heard, we have a HUGE room to rent out in an existing flatshare of young professionals and one student.

Huge room, shared kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, divided across 3 floors so lots of space.
The room is bigger than it looks in the pics (it was originally a shop front) you could probably fit in 5 double beds if you so wished.

LOCATION
Bus stop outside house that travels to Liverpool Street/ Monument in under 20mins. In equal distance between Shadwell and Limehouse Station.

Perfect for any London Met students, as the Central Campus is on the same road!

Great local supermarket across the road. 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's, Tescos, Post office, Off License, 24 hour McDonalds, Watney Market (which has a Wimpy!)...

The contract is to be renewed in October so we are either looking for someone to move in until then or for someone who would like to stay an renew the contract (preferably) for at least 6 months.

Relaxed household, though we do all work/study fairly different schedules so need someone who is considerate of that noise-wise.

The rent is £440 plus bills, which generally are no more than £50 per month.
