The house itself contains a spacious large kitchen with 2 fridges, a cosy and comfortable living room, good sized bathroom with 2 separate WC's and full washing and drying facilities, a really great roof terrace (perfect for barbecues or if you're a smoker) and some lovely friendly housemates from a mixture of places.

The room contains a large wardrobe, a set of drawers and a comfy double bed as well as a large (but well fitted) desk in the corner. The room is very bright with a high ceiling so it has good lighting. There's a large window as well with functioning blinds.

The room is available anytime soon and the rent stands at 613pm not including bills which come to 27pm.
