Large bedroom in two bed maisonette to share with middle-aged guy and two gorgeous dogs (see pics!)
I’m a music and art lover who is away most weekends but also creates matchday programme for local football team so often out at club-related events.
Easy-going and always happy to chat over a meal and glass of wine BUT also happy with my own company and almost always doing something so not a ‘in your face’ flat mate.
The dogs are two cockapoo sisters who are friendly, quiet and gorgeous !!
All the usual amenities: washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, fast broadband etc
Large kitchen with 6-ring range. Shared, modern bathroom.
Small but very pleasant garden.
The flat is situated almost next to a good park with tennis-courts and within 0.5 km of Raynes Park station for easy access to Central London.
