Spacious, sunny studio loft room

We have a spacious, double studio to rent in our loft. It comes with a double bed, sofa, TV, desk, storage space etc. The kitchen area has a sink, air fryer, fridge and storage.
The bathroom is on the first floor, access is through the main house.
We have two young collie dogs, who love to greet visitors, so getting on with dogs a must, and we have asked lodgers to occasionally walk the dogs in the past.
No couples, please and no smokers.
