Hello,
we have a beautiful double room available in an incredible location, a few minutes away from Covent Garden and Leicester Square.
The area is full of any kind of restaurants, pubs, shops, theatres and museums. The tube is within 2 minutes walking distance.
The room is bright, partially furnished and very big (30 sqm). it is suitable for a couple as well.
You would replace myself and my girlfriend me in a contract with Foxtons that will expire in 2 years. There is a one-off fee of £300 to change the contract. If you wish to leave before the end of the contract, you should find a replacement but, considering the room and the location, I can assure it is not really a problem.
You'll be sharing with 2 clean, trustworthy and friendly professional flatmates.
