Single Room to Let in Beautiful Covent Garden Flat

I am a live in landlord, seeking one young professional to let a single room in my three person flat. The room contains a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bills are included in the price, including WiFi. The flat contains a lovely kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer) and access to a garden patio.

The flat is a private single family residence, and I am looking for a tenant who is quite mature and independent. Cleanliness is a must. This room and flat will not be suitable for hosting social gatherings.
