I work fairly long hours (something I'm looking to change) but it will be nice to hang out once in a while, try out the numerous restaurants around the area & grab some drinks every now and then.

The rent (£230/wk) is extremely good value for a high quality, cosy flat in a very central area, because I've been a tenant for 8 years and have a great relationship with the landlord - who is Australian and is looking for tenants who are responsible and will take care of the flat for him. No students please.

PS. I also have a digital piano and happy to share it with anyone who enjoys playing! But if not, don't worry as I usually play with my headphones on so will not cause any disturbance/noise.
