Hello, I have a large very bright furnished double room located on Charing Cross road, Leicester square. Close to all amenities (Leicester square and Charing cross station in less than a 1 minute walk.) Loads of shops, bars and restaurants just downstairs. It is a 5th floor flat with a new lift installed.
Would be sharing the flat with 2 ladies
Area and flat is very secure. Shared bathroom has just been refurbished. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Shared kitchen.
Looking for a nice, easy going and clean individual to take this room, professional or student.
Bills all included. No living room and TV license in the property. Small pets considered.
