Room in Covent Garden! Short term or long term

Hi!

I am leaving my flat in Covent Garden and therefore, there is a room available from March 2021. The current tenancy ends at the end of August 2021, so I am looking to sublet my room for the remainder of the tenancy or if you are interested in long-term, it is also possible to do so.

The flat is located on St Martins Lane, 3 mins walk from Leicester Square station (Piccadilly & Northern Lines), 3 mins walk from Covent Garden and 5 mins walk from Chinatown.

The room is fully furnished and is facing a private court, which makes it absolutely quiet at all times despite being in the middle of the West End.

The room comes with its own private balcony, which is nice during the summer as it gets plenty of light. The room also has built-in wardrobe for additional storage.

It comes furnished with a king size bed (which has 4 drawers underneath for additional storage), a desk, a chair and an additional chest drawer. The balcony also comes with an outdoor table and 4 chairs.

The bathroom is shared with a couple who occupies the room on the other side of the flat. The other flatmate has her own en-suite.

In terms of the rest of the flat, it has a kitchen featuring an oven, 4 stoves, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The fridge/freezer are for your own use with 1 other tenant, as the couple has their own one in their room. You'll be sharing the flat with a French couple, both professionals. The other tenant is also leaving, so there will be a new flatmate in April

There is a cleaner who comes every week at £25/person/month (this can be re-discussed when you move in).
There is Sky broadband, which is £22 a month for the whole flat.

The flat is really central, Tesco is 3 mins away, Sainsburys and Waitrose are within 10 mins walk. The area also has plenty of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs to choose from when it all re-opens!
