King size room to rent in smart fully furnished Covent Garden flat, with no additional bills to pay, and a cleaner included - available from 13th of July for one week, or possibly longer, as I am swapping flats, but don't know the precise date, but the move could happen between 19th and 21st of July, or if that doesn't happen due to administrative delays, I will then be on holiday for 10 days, for which you can stay, and the swap may happen in early August - so this room will suit someone who is flexible and travelling light, and if the swap doesn't go through, then it could be a permanent rental, at the same £300 per week no bills.

The room has white wooden floor, is 20 feet by 10 feet, has a king size bed with a brand new orthopaedic mattress, sofa, desk, coffee table, 50 inch smart TV, touch lamps, and lots of storage, including drawers, under bed and under sofa storage, and a wardrobe in the hall.

No couples.

Sharing a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and nice dining area - and sharing a bathroom with P shaped bath, and shower.

Clever clothes drying cupboard gets clothes dry in four hours.

I provide wifi, cleaning products like kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, soap, toilet roll, wet wipes and bin bags - and also empty the bins, and do the cleaning and maintenance - so all you need to do is tidy as you go.

Short or long stay possible on a month by month basis.
