Walking distance to LSE, ULC, KCL…universities.

Monthly utility bills per person: Fixed Water bill £20 and Fixed M250 Fibre Broadband £15 (payments to be made all in advance of the tenancy), electricity by meter readings at end of each month upon bills are issued shared by the occupiers. For the past year, the average electricity bill per person per month was about £50.

No smoking No Pets please. There is daytime porter of the buildings. Flat is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift.
