I’m renting my spare room and looking for someone who is looking for a room 2-3 nights mid week. (£120 based on x2 nights)
The room is exclusively yours when you’re staying here and you can leave clothes, toiletries etc in the wardrobe for the evenings you’re not here.
Whilst I’m a live in landlord I actually work outside of London Mon/Tues/Wed and stay in the Midlands.
I’ve had lodgers for many years, some have become good friends.
