We have a room for rent in a bright and airy two-bedroom Covent Garden apartment for £1300 per month + bills. Available from 30-Dec-2024.

🛌 The Space and Place 🏡
- The apartment is right in the heart of Covent Garden and close to several tube stations (including services on Piccadilly, Central, Northern, and Elizabeth Lines all within a short walk)
- The apartment comes fully furnished and is split across two levels (bedrooms and shared bathroom on the third floor, living room and kitchen on the fourth floor). There is no lift in the building FYI.
- Your room has a built in wardrobe, desk workspace/vanity table, and storage under the bed. The bedroom faces the rear of the building, well away from the street noise, and has its own private east-facing balcony terrace.
- The shared lounge room on the upper level is west-facing and gets amazing sunlight and warmth in winter and a great breeze in summer. There's also a skylight and windows on both sides of the apartment that keep it feeling bright and warm.
- The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated with great appliances and cooking utensils. There is an internal washing machine and dishwasher.

🏖️ About Us 🎭
- We are Jason and Joey, a couple from Brisbane, Australia that have recently moved to London.
- We love to travel (we are normally away at least one weekend a month), love theatre, learning languages, the beach, and generally life outdoors.
- Jason is an Engineer and Joey works in Finance. We both work from home 1 or 2 days a week from a desk in our room and sometimes the shared living room when we're both home (although if you WFH too then we'll be able work something out so we're not on top of each other during the day).
- We generally keep ourselves busy during the week between work, gym, and going to shows/dinner/social events, but also enjoy sharing the cooking every now and then and having a night in with a bottle of wine and a boardgame.

📝 The Details 📝
- Rent is £1300 per month paid in advance, plus one month rent up front as bond.
- You'll be added to our existing lease that currently ends 22-May-2025. We rent direct from the landlord and he is extremely responsive and has been great with a couple of minor maintenance tasks that have come up.
- We split Internet, Electricity, Water, and Council Tax bills evenly between us, which normally comes to approx. £150 per person per month

Generally we're looking for a young professional who's tidy and clean, socially open minded, and easy to get along with. Open to all genders. Looking for someone who's available until the end of our current lease in May-2025 at a minimum.
