I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to move in starting the end of June.

The flat is very central and well-maintained, offering:

A comfortable bedroom with good storage (for London!)
A shared bathroom with a bath
A kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer
Great sound insulation—it’s Central London, so you’ll hear the city, but the flat is well-insulated
Plenty of natural light
Just 3 minutes from the tube—and honestly, super easy to get anywhere from here!

💰 Rent is £950 per month, and bills (including council tax) are around £150-£200, bringing the total to approximately £1,100 - £1,150 per month.

A bit about me:

I’m a young professional working in the office five days a week. I’m easygoing, like keeping the flat tidy, and enjoy a relaxed, friendly home environment. After work, I usually unwind with a book, Netflix, or an occasional pub visit. In my free time, I love traveling, visiting art galleries, and doing some sports.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:

- Another young professional with a similar schedule
- Someone who enjoys a peaceful home
- A considerate, friendly person who’s up for a chat but also values their own space
- Pets might be possible! Previous tenants had a cat, so it’s something we can check with the landlord
