Description

6.1-8.31 Female preferred
One of the bedrooms in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat. I will leave London on May 30th. You will be taking my room. The roommate is from Guangdong, very easy to get along with, and cooks well.
The apartment is facing east-west, with the bedroom facing east, so it gets great natural light. The house is a bit older, but the interior is cozy.

Update: 6.18-7.3 has been booked. Other time still available!

Location: WC2B district, London
5 minutes' walk from LSE/KCL Strand, 20 minutes' walk from UCL. 10 minutes' walk to the British Museum, 10 minutes' walk to Chinatown, 15 minutes' walk to Soho.
The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, and most famous tourist attractions are within walking distance. The flat is not beside the street, so it is quiet despite being in a lively area.
Ideal for people attending summer courses and language programs, or anyone who wants to experience living in London.

Council tax waived because the tenants are students.
