Student accommodation in Covent garden

Hi! I’m looking to transfer my Premium Studio Plus in Prestige Student Living, Grosvenor House, a modern student accommodation in Covent Garden. The room is on the first floor (one level above ground) with a street-facing view, fully furnished. The building is secure, well-maintained, and conveniently located near both Covent Garden and Holborn underground station, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. This will be an official room transfer handled through the accommodation.

The original official price for the studio is £750 per week, but since I had a renewal contract, I received a discount, so the price is £675 per week.

It has a private bathroom and kitchen, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The building was recently renovated in 2022 and is well-maintained and kept clean through regular upkeep.

The apartment complex offers 24-hour security and a staffed reception, with services like parcel collection and maintenance requests. There are two secure access points for extra safety. Residents also have access to laundry facilities, a gym, study rooms, a common room with board games, ping pong and football tables and a cinema room.
